At Shop Drop, we strive for your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Perishable goods, such as food items, cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
